Move the Sticks puts you on the sideline with the chain crew: the people who carry the down box and the ten-yard chain at every American football game. It starts on a Friday night at a small-town high school. The official marks the spot, and you drag the box man down the sideline to the ball, weaving past pacing coaches, sprinting trainers and the water cooler. Let go on the yard line to clip the chain. Land within three inches for Inch Perfect. Close plays go to a measurement. Stretch the chain out to the ball, then press and hold to pull it taut. Let go at the right moment and the stake lands where it should. Get the call right and the crowd roars. Get it wrong and the replay booth overturns you.
